The UCLA Chancellor's Leadership, Innovation, Networking and Knowledge (LINK) Program fosters the leadership development, critical thinking and self-reflection, and career readiness of UCLA undergraduate students to best prepare to contribute to society with the passion, experience, and skill sets necessary to thrive once they graduate.

Program Expectations

Selected students for this year's program are required to:

  1. Enroll in a 2-unit seminar course in Winter Quarter 2026. Classes will be held Wednesdays from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. and will include skill building and campus/community guest speakers. Students will be required to attend all class sessions.

  2. Participate in an experiential learning trip in Los Angeles from Saturday, March 21, 2026 through Wednesday, March 25, 2026 to engage in dialogue across difference and network with UCLA and community leaders. Students must be able to attend the entirety of the program. The experiential learning trip will be covered by the program.

Application Requirements

The application is open to all students who:

  • Will enroll in a 2-unit seminar course in Winter Quarter 2026.
  • Are in good standing with the university.
  • Have a minimum of a 2.00 GPA.
