Student Leadership Academies

The UCLA Student Leadership Academy shapes the course of students' personal, academic, and future professional life, with their personal story and vision for the world at the center of our conversations. The Academies are led by UCLA Student Affairs, a division of educators experienced in developing, empowering, and helping students create change, while navigating complex issues with empathy, creativity, and resilience.

In this immersive program, students will gain insights from diverse leaders, explore different leadership styles, and foster the confidence needed for complex conversations. They will participate in seminars, dialogues, fireside chats, activities, and case studies, all aimed at expanding their capacity for and understanding of leadership.

In Student Affairs, we proudly proclaim that all students are leaders. Whether a student sees themselves as an established leader, or are just discovering their potential, this leadership academy can help students build their leadership skills and introduce them to campus and community leaders.
